This Privacy Policy applies to the Patience Card Game mobile application (previously listed as Solitaire Patience Pro 2026; Android package name com.beyond.solitaire.solitaire), which is developed and published on Google Play by Hasan Dag, trading as Beyond Soft ("we", "us", "the developer"). The Application is provided free of charge and is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is an offline card game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or approximate location, or any other personally identifiable information. Your game progress, statistics and settings are stored only on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers.
The Application displays advertisements. Our advertising partners may automatically collect and process limited device and usage data — such as the advertising identifier, IP address, device model, operating system version, and interactions with ads — in order to serve and measure personalized or non-personalized advertising. This data is not linked to your identity by us. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase and crash reporting to understand how the Application is used and to fix errors. This includes aggregated usage events, diagnostics and crash data, device model and operating system version. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
The Application offers global leaderboards through Google Play Games Services. If you sign in, the gamer profile you have chosen with Google — your nickname and player identifier — together with your scores are processed by Google in order to display the leaderboards. We never receive your Google account password. Signing in is optional; you can decline it, and you can manage or delete your gaming profile at any time in your Google Play Games settings.
EEA and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data relating to you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have previously given for personalized advertising.
California (CCPA / CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 8 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Because all game data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the Application deletes it entirely and stops all further data collection. For data held by the third parties named above, please refer to their privacy policies, or contact us and we will assist with your request.
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been provided, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
